Tsunami Speed Bar

The Tsunami Speed Bar is the most versatile bar we offer. A perfect bar for accessory work as well as acceleration based, high bar speed work. If you need a specialty bar to complement your steel bar training and want a bar that can be programmed for the highest number of movements the Speed Bar is the choice for you. The Speed Bar can be loaded up to 90-lbs or up to 140-lbs when used with the Accelerator Sleeves, though that may not seem like a lot of weight the force exerted back to the user when oscillation hits is much higher.

Cambi uses the speed bar in about 10% of his programming however its important to remember that Cambi has been using these bars extensively for some time, and he is "built different".

Tsunami Force Bar

The Tsunami Force Bar is our mid line bar. A bar that functions as a tool that can be used in both high rep range hypertrophy work as well as mid rep range power work. The effective load of the bar is 90-lbs to 270-lbs meaning that it needs to be loaded within that window for proper oscillatory benefits. The Force bar is a bar geared towards, at the minimum, a strong intermediate lifter and preferably an advanced level lifter. A perfect bar to use for your high weight compound lifts.

Cambi started his Tsunami journey using the Force Bar. He would use it for a lot of his overhead movements as well as his more Olympic based movements but would eventually move up to using the Max Bar as his main Tsunami Bar.

Tsunami max Bar

The Tsunami Max Bar is built for high level elite lifters. With an effective weight range of 180-lbs to 540-lbs it requires you to be able to have a considerable amount of stability and push potential to be able to produce oscillation to fight against. It's the perfect bar if your a top level lifter looking for a competitive edge and really hammers home both impact mitigation techniques as well as stability techniques. This bar is recommended if you have an elite level lift you are trying to break the plateaus of.

Cambi now uses the Max Bar as his standard bar as Anthony Furhman stated at Clash at the Coast "This bar is what gave Cambi a world class press" If you see Cambi using a Tsunami bar chances are very high that its a max bar.
